Procedure for Child Dedication

The Form is either to be obtained at the Church Office or online below, filled and returned duly at least two (2) weeks before the proposed dedication date.
Child Dedication can take place on Sundays with the exception of First Sundays of the month.
If the form is filled online, kindly notify the church office immediately.
